Hi, I’m Tara and I want to tell you a story. No, it’s not Snoopy sitting on top of his doghouse and typing, “It was a dark and stormy night.”

My story is very simple. I could tell you I graduated from college with a double major in English and Geography, yes, it’s a strange coupling of two wildly different subjects, but I digress. My story is shortly after graduating from college, I was approached by several friends wanting me to publish their books. They were good writers but didn’t know the first thing about publishing. I did.

Realizing I could help them accomplish their dream of becoming a published author, I created Leaf & Literature. Today, their books are on Amazon, selling well, and they are currently writing more books.

We are a small, boutique publishing house. What does this mean to you? It means we pay attention to you; we hold your hand as we walk together through the maze of publishing your book. We guide you from your book idea all the way through the editing, the interior design, the formatting, cover illustration, to actually having it published on Amazon and other book platforms.
